Shipping Locations

Hybrid Garments ships worldwide.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom and to most international destinations.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another trusted courier where appropriate.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 working days
  • Shipping Cost: Approximately £8.00

International 🌍

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–14 working days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping Cost: Approximately £25.00

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

Hybrid Garments is not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Hybrid Garments cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

This will help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Instead of stating "approximately £8" and "approximately £25", it's more professional to set fixed rates if that's what you charge. For example:

  • 🇬🇧 UK Shipping: £7.99
  • 🌍 International Shipping: £24.99

Customers generally prefer seeing exact shipping prices rather than approximate amounts, and it makes your policy clearer.
