Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hybrid Garments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
2. Returning an Item
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and unused.

Be in its original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Be free from stains, odours, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.
Please include:

The reason for the return.

Photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
Once your request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:

An additional 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery charges are only refunded where required by law.
5. Exchanges
If you require a different size or colour, please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the issue.
If your claim is approved, Hybrid Garments will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

A full refund.
We will cover reasonable return postage costs where the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or required by law:

Gift cards.

Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products returned without original tags where this prevents resale.
8. Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind:

You are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Hybrid Garments cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of:

Failure to collect the parcel,

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
10. Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.
